History

 

Because of the need of specialism in soil and groundwater remediation EcoTechniek B.V. has been founded in September 1980 as an independend company of KVS (Royal Volker Stevin). In 2003 this company operates, together with BRZ Herne in Germany, ATE Geoclean in France and WATCO EcoTechniek in Belgium, further on as SITA Remediation. From this moment SITA Remediation is a division of SITA France (hazardous disposal) and part of SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT. This international group is active in the market of energy, water and environment. SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT has worldwide about 62.000 employees over more than 100 countries and a turnover of 12 billion euro.
